Licence Condition
Within two months of the issue date of this licence variation the licensee must submit written confirmation to the EPA as to whether a covered anaerobic lagoon (CAL) proposed by the licensee is going to be implemented.
If the licensee decides to proceed with the CAL proposal, within three months of the issue date of this licence variation the licensee must submit a report to the EPA that establishes the CAL's conceptual design, proposed location and an estimated timeline for completion of the CAL's construction.
